Wine Down is a bar in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood that serves awesome, local wine and beer. We're looking for fun, proactive people with hustle and great judgment to join our top-notch team that prides itself on creating an environment people love. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

All applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Strong Work Ethic: You always do something as well as it can be done
• Empathy: You have an awareness of, care for, and connection to how others feel and how your actions make others feel
• Positive Energy: You naturally radiate warmth, friendliness, and fun
• Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in learning about wine, beer, and people
• Integrity: You use superb judgement and hold yourself accountable for doing the right thing

Other expectations of all Wine Down team members include:

• AWESOME communication and customer service skill
• Available for 3-4 shifts per week (including both weekends and weekdays, starting as early as 1:30 pm.
• Able to lift 10-20 lbs or more throughout shift
• Must be 21+ years of age.

• Previous hospitality experience
• Wine/beer knowledge

WHAT TO EXPECT

As part of a small team, you'll be expected to pitch in on everything from describing the menu to pouring drinks and prepping food to busing tables and maintaining a clean bar at all times.
